Booking with us is easy. The simplest way would be to call us at 085-848-5584 or email us with the following information: measurements of your living space in square meters, your address, and the date and time of your convenience. We will be calling you again 24 hours in advance to confirm your appointment.

The preferred method of payment is via Bank wiring 24 hours before the day scheduled at the following account numbers:

ลูกค้าจำเป็นต้องอยู่บ้านเพื่อรอรับบริการหรือไม่ / Do I have to be at home when you come?

เราแนะนำให้ลูกค้าอยู่บ้านตลอดเวลาในช่วงที่เราให้บริการ อย่างไรก็ดี หากมีเหตุจำเป็นที่ลูกค้าไม่สามารถอยู่บ้านได้ในช่วงนั้น กรุณาเตรียมสถานที่ให้พร้อม เพื่อเราเข้าไปให้บริการได้ ซึ่งในกรณีนี้ทาง Tidy Nest จะไม่รับผิดชอบความเสียหาย หรือ ความสูญหายต่อทรัพย์สินใด ๆ ของลูกค้า

We highly recommend being present at all times during our service, however, if you really cannot be there, please make arrangements for us to have access to your space. In the event that you are not there, Tidy Nest will not be responsible for any broken or lost items.

เราใส่ใจเรื่องความรอบคอบและความระมัดระวังเป็นที่สุด โปรดวางใจว่าพนักงานจะดูแลข้าวของๆคุณด้วยความเอาใจใส่ เพราะเราเข้าใจว่าบ้านเป็นพื้นที่ส่วนตัว เราอบรมพนักงานให้คำนึงถึงจุดนี้โดยไม่เปิดตู้หรือลิ้นชักใดใดภายในพื้นที่โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต แม้ว่าเราจะมีมาตรการประกันภัยจากทรัพย์สินเสียหาย แต่เราขอให้คุณเก็บสิ่งของมีค่าให้ในที่ปลอดภัยเสมอ

We have developed our business around the principle of thoroughness and carefulness, that is why our staff is trained not to rush into a job and take extra care of your items. As for lost items, it is our protocol to monitor and supervise our employees throughout the cleaning process, but we do highly recommend our clients to keep their most valued belongings inside drawers or in a safe.

เราอบรมพนักงานอย่างไร / How are the cleaners trained?

พนักงานทุกคนผ่านการฝึกอบรม 3 เดือนก่อนลงมือปฏิบัติงานจริง ระหว่างการฝึกพนักงานจะต้องลงปฏิบัติงานร่วมกับพนักงานอาวุโสเพื่อเรียนรู้กระบวนการต่างๆในการทำความสะอาด ทีมปฏิบัติงานของเราประกอบไปด้วย พนักงานทำความสะอาดเฉพาะทาง พนักงานทำความสะอาดอาวุโส รวมถึงหัวหน้างานที่จะคอยรับคำสั่งจากลูกค้า และประสานงานกับทีมงาน

Our cleaning staff goes through a 3 month trial period upon hiring, during this time the ‘trainee’ will be paired with a senior-level cleaner and carefully instructed on our process. Our on-site team is usually composed of specialized cleaners and senior level cleaners, along with a supervisor that will coordinate any client’s requests, and assist the team in any way.
